PSI Solution Industriel ("PSI", "we") takes the protection of the personal information you entrust to us seriously. This policy describes what information we collect, why we use it, how we protect it, and the rights you may exercise. It complies with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (CQLR, c. P-39.1, "Law 25") and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA").

We collect only the information necessary for the purposes described below: name, company name, phone number, email address, type of service requested, and description of your need, when you submit our quote form. We may also collect technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) through cookies for analytics and security purposes.
Your information is used to: (a) reply to your quote request or question; (b) plan and perform the agreed mechanical, maintenance or welding interventions; (c) invoice and follow up commercially; (d) comply with our legal and regulatory obligations; (e) improve the quality of our site and services.
We process your information based on your explicit consent (form checkbox), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, and our legal obligations. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us; the withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for the period required by law (notably six years for accounting records). Unconverted quote requests are deleted within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24 months).
We never sell your information. We may share it only with: (a) our employees and subcontractors bound by confidentiality, to the extent necessary to perform the mandate; (b) our IT service providers (hosting, email, form processing such as Formspree) bound by data protection commitments; (c) the competent authorities when required by law.
Some of our providers (hosting, forms) may store data outside Quebec or Canada. Before any transfer, we assess the adequacy of the protection afforded and require contractual safeguards equivalent to those provided by Law 25.
Our site uses essential cookies (security, language preference) and, subject to your consent, audience measurement cookies. You may accept or decline them through the banner shown on your first visit, or change your choice by clearing cookies in your browser.
Under Law 25 and PIPEDA, you may at any time: (a) access the information we hold about you; (b) request its rectification if it is inaccurate or incomplete; (c) request its deletion or the cessation of its dissemination; (d) withdraw your consent; (e) file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca). We will respond to your request within 30 days.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure: encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control, regular backups, and staff confidentiality undertakings.
This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Any material change will be flagged on our site.
